The unit is built from four subsystems. A robotic arm, a cooking line, a hygiene system and a control unit. The drawing alongside shows them in exploded view along the assembly axis.

  1. Robotic arm

    A six axis arm doses, transfers and plates in one cycle.

  2. Cooking line

    Induction zones hold the temperature curve to the second.

  3. Hygiene system

    Closed loop wash reaches every contact surface after each service block.

  4. Control unit

    The onboard controller runs the recipe and flags drift as it happens.

From recipe to plate, no operator involved.

    Recipe goes in

    You set portion weight, cook time and the temperature curve.

    The system runs

    The cabin doses, cooks and plates without ever opening.

    The plate comes out

    It leaves the line at service temperature and set weight.

Zero tolerance for deviation.

Weight, cook time and plating angle stay on the same parameters every cycle. Shift changes, fatigue and human variance drop out of the equation.
